On camera he speaks with Trudie Lobban, Founder and CEO of the Atrial Fibrillation Association (AFA), about his passion for food. He emphasizes a diet which is rich in fruit, vegetables, and heart healthy fats.
Nutrition Programme Endorsed by Experts
The nutrition programme is endorsed by the Italian Society of Cardiovascular Disease Prevention (SIPREC).
